The School of Life is devoted to developing emotional intelligence. It’s the kind of stuff we used to learn “outside” of school, like on the playground, in the sandbox, or the backseat of a car filled with crazy friends. Classes and support materials tackle vexing concerns like how to find fulfilling work, how to master the art of relationships, how to understand one’s past, or how to accept so you can advance – your own agenda or the world’s.
The School of Life is a place to step back and think intelligently about central emotional concerns through the interaction with a variety of ideas from the humanities – from philosophy to literature, psychology to the visual arts – ideas that will exercise, stimulate and expand your mind. You will meet other curious, sociable and open-minded people in an atmosphere of exploration and enjoyment. They have loads of resources – actual face-to-face courses, web-based tools, they even have their own u-tube channel; check out their trailer, it’s great!
